Finding Shouko: Character Design Sizun

This is a character design sheet for 'Finding Shouko', an interactive story book i'm making for Android on tablets and phones for my masters degree. His face needs a little work to be honest, and possibly the blade and sheath on his back. But i'm ultra happy with the shoes! The Naruto shoes are awesome but just so over-used, so I decided to make my own and ended up mixing a kind of shin-guard armor shoe kinda thing. Overall I like the design and it took me about a week to do in total, a bit slow - but I wanted this design to be as strong possible, since the character is shaped to be one that people identify with, without really knowing why. I want his physical strength to be noticeable, but not over-done, and his small shaped eyes reflect a deeper thinker.
